The Eau Gallie Arts District (EGAD) was recently designated as the Arts District of Melbourne and has been designated as a Florida Main Street Community. The District includes the Brevard Art Museum and Museum School, administrative offices of the Brevard Symphony Orchestra and Junior League of South Brevard, Inc., Historic Rossetter House Museum and Gardens, Eau Gallie Public Library, Eau Gallie Civic Center, two public parks, a band shell and newly rebuilt fishing pier.
The Eau Gallie Arts District contains an eclectic mix of art studios and galleries, an art supply store, a bed and breakfast, shops, boutiques, churches, restaurants and professional offices and services. EGAD hosts many weekly, monthly and annual events.
